Bharti MTN deal off

the proposed $23 billion cash and share-swap deal betwen telecom majors Bharti telecom and South afereica's MTN has been called off owing to the reluctance of the South african govenment to accept it in the current form. in view of this, both companies have decided to disengage from discussion. We will definately see the impact of this breach on the market movement in today session.
